Become a Mentor

What's The Commitment?

Mentors commit to one year, spending at least an hour a week with their mentee. A flexible schedule helps, since most matches spend time together after school hours. We also host group activities every other month that mentors and mentees attend together.

What Are Our Matches Trying to Achieve?

Our matches are focused on social and emotional growth. We ask mentors to show up without judgment, leave the saving at the door, and be a consistent, authentic presence. No need to have all the answers; you're here to help a young person find their own.

Who Makes a Good Mentor?

The best mentors are people who are warm, dependable, and genuinely curious about a young person's world. If you're someone who leads with kindness and can commit to consistency, you're exactly who we're looking for.
